A few of my favourite things

Inspired by 'the younger years', a creation from the desserts maestro Adriano Zumbo, a new mini was born today.

A diamond in the rough, the final product still needs a little work.. and an out of this world name to follow. Help.. somebody? anybody?

The little vanilla cupcakes filled with blueberry preserves looking ultra adorable out of the oven. 


We ended of the miniature cupcake with a dallop of addictive peanut butter frosting (chunky of course!) and a drizzle of rich guzzling chocolate. A combination of everything I liked as a child, peanut butter and jam on toast for breakfast with a swab of nutella on indulgent days. All these condensed into a tiny mouthful of creamy gratification.

Ah yes, I took this photo and only noticed then that the tag was still attached. Flipped it around to remove it.. and bamm. Another accident...

One cupcake life was harmed in the making of this dessert.
