Just because...

the cream puffs were uncanny,

we created minature versions of the popular french pastry Chocolate Eclairs.

Made from freshly baked choux (pronounced as 'shoo') pastry, with homemade chocolate pastry cream piped into its hollow innards. These minis are well suited for the peckish or just people who have the weakness for the textures soft, creamy and absolutely chocolatey. Any takers?
